ORDERS & SHIPPING

How long until my order ships?

We pride ourselves in fulfilling customer orders as speedily as possible. At the latest, orders are fulfilled by the end of the following business day. Our fulfillment center is open Monday-Friday.

How long does shipping take?

Orders ship from our centrally-located fulfillment center, which means supplements will arrive anywhere in the continental U.S. within 5 business days of being shipped (barring carrier delays).

Can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification containing your tracking number.

Please allow an hour or two from receipt for the label status to update and tracking to be up-to-date.

I can't find my tracking number. can you help?

Absolutely! Please reach out to us and we'd be happy to assist. If you know your order number, be sure to drop it in the message.

I made a mistake. Can I revise or cancel my order?

Orders may not be revised after being placed. Your best route is to cancel the incorrect order and place a new order. Orders may be canceled any time prior to fulfillment by reaching out to us here. Be sure to let us know the number of the order you're requesting to cancel.

If you've received notification of your order being shipped, the order is no longer eligible for cancellation.

I forgot to use my promo code. Can I still get the discount?

Please reach out to us and request a sales price adjustment for the promotional offer. Be sure to include your order number and the promo code you're requesting. If your order qualifies, we'll adjust the sales price accordingly and the difference will be issued as either in-store credit or a refund to your original payment method.
